What is your favorite thing about teaching?

I really like the community aspect of teaching classes!  Knowing that everybody is uplifting and celebrating one another is such a joy.  I'm also grateful to be able to support so many people as they build their strength and confidence.

What can clients expect from you when they attend your classes?

They can expect at least one Britney song in each of my playlists!

What is one thing about you that people would be surprised to know?

Besides the US, I've lived in three other countries.

What would the title of your autobiography be?

A Life without Social Media

What song gets you pumped up every time you hear it?

Not sure that I can think of a pump up song, but Dancing in the Moonlight always makes me smile!

Who is your role model and why?

My family. I can't imagine I'd be who or where I am without them.

How do you relax?

I like to go for walks.

Do you prefer breakfast, lunch or dinner? And what is your favorite thing to eat for that meal?

Breakfast! Not an all-the-time thing, but Miss Worcester Diner has banana nutella french toast that's SO good.

How do you take your coffee or tea?

I'm ready for the reactions, but I actually only drink decaf coffee... and I'll take that with milk, please!

Where is one place in the world that you haven't been to that you are dying to go?

Not sure if I have just one place, my list is really long!

Why is working out important to you?

I appreciate that it gives me the space to strengthen and calm both my body and mind.

What is one thing you struggle with and how do you manage it?

I struggle with consistently staying in the moment and am often thinking a few steps ahead of whatever I'm doing.  Working out really helps me cope, because it clears outside distractions and allows me to stay present in what I'm doing.

What movie can you watch over and over again?

When I was younger, I would watch Center Stage basically on repeat!  I think a lot of people who grew up dancing can relate!
