Barre is a fitness workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It focuses on small, isometric movements that help to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes typically involve the use of a ballet barre for support and emphasize core stability while targeting various muscle groups. This low-impact workout suitable for all fitness levels and promotes long, lean muscle development.​

Strength classes, Raising The Barre & Barre Bottoms incorporate heavier weight options to help you build muscle, boost bone density and your metabolism. These classes let you choose your weight level so you can safely challenge yourself and get stronger at your own pace.

MIND BODY BARRE® METHOD SIGNATURE CLASS ​
Our signature class is dedicated to your mind, body and soul. This full body workout is composed of resistance training exercises that focus on the alignment & strengthening of the body using free weights, barre work and finishing on the mats for core work and seat exercises. Our signature Lavender Infused Reiki Healing Cool-Down is a meditative 10 minutes including yoga inspired stretches and breath-work designed to improve flexibility and reduce stress.

BARRE BLENDER
All the signature strength and sculpting of our classic barre class—turned up a notch! This high-energy, all-level class blends barre moves with a variety of equipment, upbeat music, and nonstop fun. Get out of your head and into a full mind-body sweat session!

BARRE FOCUS
Barre Focus is performed entirely at the barre, allowing for greater development of muscle control, endurance, balance, coordination, power and isolation. Barre Focus is rooted in the foundations of ballet technique. Exercises in rotation and turnout that work to strengthen the abductors, adductors, and deep rotator muscles in the legs are the emphasis. Upper body and core muscles are also utilized in this 45-minute workout.

The Barre Above® methodology remixes an artful blend of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training movements into a signature sequence with purpose. This purpose is innately shared across diverse fitness levels, ages, and body types due to its progressions and choose-your-own-adventure approach to range of motion.

RAISING THE BARRE - STRENGTH
Raising The Barre is designed to strengthen your upper body and core with a variety of exercises and weight selection to keep things fresh and challenging. In this class we are introducing heavier weights to help you build muscle, boost bone density, and fire up your metabolism. Choose the weight that feels right for you-lighter to heavier-so you can challenge yourself at your own pace. All levels welcome.

Barre Bottoms is all about building strength and stability in your lower body and core. We offer heavier weights to help you boost muscle, increase strength, support bone health, and increase your overall power. You can pick the weight range that suits your comfort and goals. All levels welcome.
