I get extremely competitive playing badminton

Who is your role model and why?
My mom. She has taught me that helping others, without expecting anything in return, is what true self-worth is all about.
How do you relax?
Long walks and lots of yoga
Do you prefer breakfast, lunch or dinner? And what is your favorite thing to eat for that meal?
Breakfast...hot coffee and peanut butter granola gives me something to look forward to as I start my day!
What type of music/artist do you love?
Everything that Paula plays!
How do you take your coffee or tea?
I love my coffee sweet...I like to start my day off with a reward.
Where is one place in the world that you haven't been to that you are dying to go?
Australia to visit my bff

Green...and anything pastel
Why is working out important to you?
I love the challenge of trying something new, the connection with everyone in class, the feeling of wellbeing, and the health benefits to keep me feeling strong and healthy!
What is one thing you struggle with and how do you manage it?
Not working too much. I am very lucky to have a career that brings me joy and fulfillment, but I need to set boundaries so it never feels like "work".
