Q&A with Madison
What is your favorite thing about teaching?
I love the opportunity to help my clients achieve their fitness goals and become better versions of themselves. Being surrounded by a community of strong empowered people motivates me as an instructor and as a person and that is an amazing feeling.
What can clients expect from you when they attend your classes?
In my class you can expect a playlist that will make you want to sing and dance. A workout that will leave your core engaged, buns on fire and guns a little shaky. You’ll leave class with a glowing sweat and wanting to come back for more!
What is one thing about you that people would be surprised to know?
I was a dancer for 12 years.
What would the title of your autobiography be?
COO of Chaos
What song gets you pumped up every time you hear it?
POWER by Kanye West
Who is your role model and why?
My parents are my biggest role models. They have been my rock, biggest supporters, personal cheerleaders, and have inspired me to live out my dreams regardless of how easy or hard they might be. I am forever grateful for them and look up to them as a person, a daughter, and an adult.

How do you relax?
To me, relaxing means being curled up in a cozy blanket with a glass of wine and watching a good comedy movie.
Do you prefer breakfast, lunch or dinner? And what is your favorite thing to eat for that meal?
I am a foodie, so I love breakfast, lunch, and dinner but if I had to pick one it would be breakfast. I would never pass up on the opportunity to share a bacon egg and cheese with home fries and banana pancakes with someone.
What type of music/artist do you love?
Anything country! My favorite artists right now are Nate Smith, Luke Bryan (always), Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, and Kane Brown.
How do you take your coffee or tea?
An iced latte with almond milk or sweet cream cold form year round just calls my name every morning.
Where is one place in the world that you haven't been to that you are dying to go?
Greece
What's your favorite color?
Blue
What is one thing you struggle with and how do you manage it?
Knowing when it’s time to slowing down and take a break. I am always on the move and constantly planning, scheduling and juggling life around because it makes me feel fulfilled and busy. But sometimes I get burnt out and tired. That’s when I know I need to tell myself to slow down, create a list and do things one at a time and not all at once… because it’s all not that important and things can wait.
Why is working out important to you?
I believe in the importance of keeping your body moving and setting time away for yourself. Working out allows me the chance to do both of those things. It’s an even better feeling when in a group fitness class working out with others who are in the same boat as you and knowing you are all going to get through the challenge of each move together.
What is your favorite tv show?
Greys Anatomy, I could rewatch those episodes all day, every day.
What movie can you watch over and over again?
A Walk to Remember. I get it, I know it’s a sad movie but it’s just so honest, heartfelt, and real!
