BARRE
MIND BODY BARRE® METHOD SIGNATURE CLASS ​
Our signature class is dedicated to your mind, body and soul. This full body workout is composed of resistance training exercises that focus on the alignment & strengthening of the body using free weights, barre work and finishing on the mats for core work and seat exercises. Our signature Lavender Infused Reiki Healing Cool-Down is a meditative 10 minutes including yoga inspired stretches and breath-work designed to improve flexibility and reduce stress.
BARRE BLENDER
All the signature strength and sculpting of our classic barre class—turned up a notch! This high-energy, all-level class blends barre moves with a variety of equipment, upbeat music, and nonstop fun. Get out of your head and into a full mind-body sweat session!
BARRE FOCUS
Barre Focus is performed entirely at the barre, allowing for greater development of muscle control, endurance, balance, coordination, power and isolation. Barre Focus is rooted in the foundations of ballet technique. Exercises in rotation and turnout that work to strengthen the abductors, adductors, and deep rotator muscles in the legs are the emphasis. Upper body and core muscles are also utilized in this 45-minute workout.

The Barre Above® methodology remixes an artful blend of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training movements into a signature sequence with purpose. Get ready for the ultimate fusion of fun and fitness! Bounce & Sculpt is a 45-minute, high-energy class that mixes mini-trampoline cardio with all your favorite PPS sculpting moves. You’ll move through playful intervals using bands, light weights, gliders, and classic barre props—delivering all the benefits of rebounding and that feel-good sweat. Expect to bounce, balance, and tone from head to toe in a party-like atmosphere that keeps you smiling. It’s everything you love about PPS, now with an extra shot of low-impact cardio. Boost your lymphatic system, build pelvic and core strength, increase bone density, improve coordination, and so much more.

BOUNCE CARDIO+CORE
Get your heart pumping and your core firing with this high-energy trampoline class! You’ll bounce, balance, and strengthen—all on your mini-trampoline, no mat needed. Expect full-body cardio, focused core and pelvic floor work, and benefits like improved coordination, lymphatic drainage, and a major mood boost.

BOUNCE CARDIO 30
Experience a high-energy trampoline workout that delivers serious results in just 30 minutes! Bounce Cardio combines full-body, functional movement with low-impact cardio to strengthen, tone, and boost your mood. Each class supports lymphatic health and recovery—no extra time needed. You’ll feel the difference after just one session.
BOUNCE BASICS
Learn the fundamentals of trampoline movement with a focus on safety and confidence. Simple choreography with upbeat (but not too fast) music. Receive the benefits of lymphatic drainage, increased bone density, better balance, strengthen pelvic floor and core muscles and so much more. Feel like a kid again! Bring clean sneakers. No yoga mat necessary.
SWEAT ON 8
This is your cardio dance class!! Sweat, move and feel like your inner J.Lo, Britney or who ever inspires you to dance. Sculpting exercises using light weights ends the class and continuous movement keeps the club vibe going. *Please wear clean sneakers to class. No yoga mat necessary.
HIIT+CORE
30 minutes of high intensity interval training, 15 minutes of core and stretching. High intensity segments will SCULPT + TONE the entire body, improve the cardiovascular system and functionality. Low intensity poses will enhance core strength, balance and mobility. Equipment in class may include weights and bands.
YOGA
GENTLE YOGA
A gentle and fluid series of asana (movement) to get you out of your head through deep intentional breathing and postures.
POWER VINYASA FLOW
A warm fluid yoga class dedicated to your mind, body & spirit. Using breathing techniques, mindfulness and flowing physical postures, we bring to you a practice that will teach you to honor your divine spirit, infinite wisdom & the presence of each moment. Class is led in a warm room with a series of postures that will fire up the core and promote strength and stamina. This class is open to ALL LEVELS. All instructors for this specific class have been trained in a minimum 200 hour certification.
YOGA + CARDIO + SCULPT (YCS)
YOGA+Cardio+SCULPT incorporates elements of yoga, cardio bursts and sculpting segments utilizing light weights. YCS is set to a playlist that generates the ebbs and flows of class. You do not need a lot of yoga experience to participate. The studio is heated between 78-85 degrees depending on the time of year. Class is 45 minutes and conducive to all levels. Please bring your own mat, water and towel. Be ready to experience nothing like you have felt before.
REIKI HEALING COOL DOWN
Experience our Lavender infused Reiki Healing Cool Down, a technique that fosters the mind/body connection through guided meditation. This session reduces stress and enhances body awareness, intuition, and self-discovery using Reiki-inspired healing without touch.

BO-X-IT!
BO-X-IT! is a 45-minute all levels class. Powerful movement is executed through boxing drills, body weight and weighted exercises, and focusing on stability from your core. Get ready to SWEAT! If you love boxing, core work & HIIT, this class is for you!
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative yoga is designed to help you soothe your nervous system, bringing your mind and body back to its healthy baseline. A space in your body where stress + inflammation dissolves and contentment + nourishment flows inward.
YIN YOGA
Experience the steady bliss of Yin Yoga through a series of meditative & still postures. Like a deep tissue massage for your muscles, YIN Yoga goes beyond the superficial layers and works deep within the connective tissues of the body. This transformative practice of slow, mindful breathing while deepening into muscle relaxation helps to soothe the sympathetic nervous system associated with our flight-fight stress response.
REFRESH YOGA
Offered on the first Friday of every month. A gentle yoga class designed to refresh mind + body and set a positive tone for the weekend ahead.
BUTI® YOGA
Tap into your strength, challenge your practice & trust the process. Buti combines deep core toning + energetic activation + cardio dance into one dynamic, high intensity, total body workout. A Somatic Movement Practice that intuitively blends primal movement with Spiral Structure Technique and deep core activation. Structured class progression meets the freedom of an organic practice guided forward by the beat. Transform your entire body from the inside out and tap endorphin-fueled Buti Bliss along the way.
POUND® ROCKOUT. WORKOUT
Any workout can be set to music, but POUND is the only workout that puts you in charge of the music. In the same way your favorite song motivates you to power through the tail-end of the most grueling workout, POUND fuses the most challenging series of core, leg, and upper body conditioning moves with cardio interval training and most importantly, the fun (and distraction) of drumming using lightly weighted drumsticks called "Ripstix".

Total Body with Weights+ (45 minutes) & TB35 (TOTAL BODY35)
You will get a great workout from head to toe. Equipment used may vary but weights are always used. All levels. Equipment- Weights, body weight, towels, resistant bands, chair, gliders, a step stool, kettle bells and bands may be used in this class. Improvise with what you have.
BMG (Big Muscle Groups)
This 25-minute workout targets your bigger muscle groups in the best ways possible. Equipment varies: Weights, bands, bench, and body weight.
SASS (Shapely Arms & Strong Shoulders)
This 25-minute workout targets your arms and shoulders in the best ways possible. Equipment varies: Weights, bands, chair, and body weight. Some SASS workouts will also incorporate CORE exercises.
CORE10
10 Minute workout to help strengthen your core. Equipment varies & is optional: Weights, Bosu ball, Physio ball & Body Weight.
