What is your favorite thing about teaching?
That I get to create an environment that may help others live more connected to their whole selves. I like to think I bring awareness to being rather than doing.
What can clients expect from you when they attend your classes?
When you take a class with me, you can expect meditation, stretching, lengthening, and strengthening in a gentle way. It's my goal that you leave feeling balanced and connected to your inner self.
What is one thing about you that people would be surprised to know?
I am a complete introvert, my batteries need to be recharged by being alone on a very regular basis.

Who is your role model and why?
Anyone who has a dream or idea and follows through with it is a role model in my eyes. Things may or may not work out, but if someone has the courage to try, I am inspired.
How do you relax?
Yoga! Yoga is where I feel most alive and relaxed, even through sweaty hot power classes. It's a homecoming for me.

Bali, Indonesia
Why is working out important to you?
Daily movement is a core value for me because it makes me feel alive. Moving energy boosts my mood and helps my mind stay sharp and focused. It's also a lot of fun!
What is one thing you struggle with and how do you manage it?
Verbally communicating my feelings has always been tricky for me, meditation and yoga help me see things as they are which often allows the words to rise up.
